Photo Data:

When you share a photo:

• The photo
• Camera settings and photo metadata
• Upload timestamp

Account Information (Optional):

If you create an account via Sign in with Apple or Google:

• Unique identifier provided by Apple or Google
• Email address (only if you choose to share it)
• Instagram handle (if you add it to your profile)

How We Use It

• Photos, camera settings, and timestamps are publicly accessible to anyone with the link
• Links expire after 7 days
• Photos can be deleted within 7 days via the web viewer
• Your upload history is stored in your account
• If you connect Stripe, your earnings are tracked for payouts
• Photos may be analyzed by automated systems to improve our service

Third-Party Services

Stripe (Payments):

If you connect a Stripe account to receive payments, Stripe collects and processes your financial information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Vercel (Web Analytics):

Our web viewer uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous page view and performance metrics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Mixpanel (App Analytics):

Our iOS app uses Mixpanel for anonymous usage analytics. See Mixpanel's Privacy Policy.

What We Don't Collect

• GPS location data
• Payment information (handled securely by Stripe)
• Personal identifiers in analytics

Your Privacy Rights

• Anonymous Sharing: You can share photos without creating an account
• Delete Photos: Anyone with the link can delete photos within 7 days
• Delete Account: Delete your account and associated data from Settings in the app
• Data Access: Email us to request a copy of your account data
